The availability of power steering hoses and transfer pipes from sources other than main dealers is dwindling as they become more and more complex and difficult to reproduce.

However, we are able to manufacture any hose or pipe that you may require, whether it is a standard part, or a custom, one-off part for that special project or conversion. We can make hoses from a sample, or from a drawing (drawings can be faxed, emailed, or posted to us)

Our hoses are manufactured to Hydraulic, rather than Automotive specifications, which means that they far exceed the requirements specified by the manufacturer- this means that we can assure the quality of our hoses, and give the customer peace of mind and a cost effective alternative.

We can also supply rack transfer pipes. These are the small steel pipes on the steering rack, which carry the fluid from one side of the rack to the other.

Over time, these pipes can corrode and leak, causing loss of fluid, and this, occasionally, results in unnecessary rack replacement. These pipes are difficult to buy from the usual sources, but we manufacture a very wide range and the chances are we will have the pipes you need in stock.
